Frequently asked questions

Remote Access service gives you access to the BRIT student network via your browser using your Internet connection. The Citrix client software, which is free of charge and does not required a licence, provides the software you need for the Remote Access service to operate. If you have Windows Vista please ensure you download and install version 10 of the Citrix client software.
